Ingredients: Chamomile flowers, Peppermint, Spearmint, Lavender flowers, Lemon Verbena, Cornflowers, Rose petals and a pinch of Stevia.

Directions: Steep 1 tbs in hot water for 3-5 min. Strain, relax, and enjoy.
